Edie is determined to redefine the relocation industry.  First introduced to the process personally, this prompted a deeper look.  The relocating professional was often stressed and unsure what the next steps were, the Realtors grumbled about the sluggish paperwork and process, and the employer was scrutinizing the process, focused on reducing costs involved. Often overlooked, at the heart of relocation is a family that must pick up stakes and completely start over somewhere new, and on a deadline.

As a compulsive entrepreneur, she understood she could build a better mousetrap.   Pinnacle Relocation Services was created to improve the quality of service delivered addressing the needs of all parties involved. Experience as a successful Realtor, Builder, Investor, and Business Owner has provided her with the tools needed to create a relocation company that exceeds expectations.  She has worked with Dallas Fort Worth's premier Luxury Home Builders,  twice nominated by Clients to Texas Monthly Hall of Fame, Created and owns a nationwide financial services company.  But what she is most proud of is her family:  Husband of 30+ years and 3 amazing sons. 

Brent Porter

Brent Porter brings a decade of extensive knowledge of the real estate industry across the real estate life cycle. He began his career with C-III Asset Management, formerly ARCAP, where he managed distressed CMBS debt and spearheaded loan workout strategies by means of modifications, bankruptcy, or foreclosure. While at C-III, he participated in the largest B-piece CMBS buy-out in the nation. He later transitioned to Hudson Americas Real Estate LLC, a global affiliate of Private Equity firm Lone Star Funds. There, he served as North America-Asset Manager where he was responsible for operational value-add and monetization of +100MM in distressed CRE assets including multi-family, office, and retail properties across the country and was promoted to Vice President. Most recently, he held the position of Director of Asset Management at Invitation Homes, an affiliate of Blackstone. While at Invitation Homes, he developed the platform necessary to purchase, rehab, and operate $10B in single-family real estate assets. He also brought the first single-family rental backed securitization to market, and helped to consolidate the SFR market under Invitation Homes.

Matthew Rice started his real estate career in 2006, when he formed Trophy Lending Corporation as a hard moneylender and independent investment firm acquiring, selling, and renting single-family homes. After several years of exponential growth, he expanded Trophy Lending Corporation’s services to local and out-of-state accredited investors in the single-family, distressed market. Wanting to better manage the process from capitalization to exit, he formed The Trophy Group in 2009. The Trophy Group is an all-in-one, boutique, full-service Texas real estate brokerage that has flawlessly executed thousands of transactions. With annual sales volume exceeding $35MM, he found it necessary to form Chantilly Capital in 2014. The Trophy Group and Chantilly Capital form a dynamic powerhouse with The Trophy Group primarily catering to residential owner occupancy buyer/sellers and Chantilly Capital specializing in real estate investment acquisitions and sales.
